  • Shipping & Delivery

    When you place an order on microk12.com, we'll send you an email confirmation to let you know when it's been shipped and is headed on its way to you.

    How can I check on my order's delivery status? Visit Orders by clicking on Account > My Orders in the top right navigation.

    How long will it take for my order to be delivered? We'll provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order. Estimated delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. When we use independent carriers to deliver orders, we base the estimated delivery dates upon information provided to us by the independent carriers. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

    We deliver between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot determine your exact delivery time, but we can tell you if your order has been shipped and whether or not there are any problems with it that have been reported to us that could delay delivery.

    Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 5 pm local time (or 4 pm local time in stores and in limited locations across the country) and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 5 pm on the same business day that the order is placed. (Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.) Items shipped direct from the vendor may require an earlier order placement time. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation email. (Not available for in-store orders if email address is not submitted.)

  • Returns & Replacements

    Our vendors and manufacturers continue to tighten policies regarding the return of unwanted, mis-ordered, and even defective merchandise. Our current Return Policy reflects these vendor policies:

    • No returns are accepted without prior authorization. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any product.
    • All open-box returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • Returns are not accepted on special order items.
    • Returns are contingent upon the current model of the product being returned.
    • Some returns must be handled directly by the publisher or manufacturer.
    • Hardware may be returned within 15 days from the date on the invoice.
    • Unopened software may be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice.
    • Product and all packaging being returned must be in saleable condition. All software drivers or disks must be sealed and all original components, manuals, registration materials, warranty cards and packaging must be present and in saleable condition.
    • Some hardware returns may be extended to 30 days with the cooperation of the manufacturer.
    • Return requests may be submitted by phone, e-mail rma@microk12.com.

    If you placed your order directly here on MicroK12.com, click "My Account" below to login and access your MicroK12 Dashboard for Order Tracking, Invoice copies and more. If your order was not placed on MicroK12, please call 1(800)658-1000 or e-mail us at edu@microk12.com.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    You can choose any of the payment methods in your account with MicroK12 account as your preferred payment method in the Payments section of your account settings. If you select a preferred payment method, it will be shown as the preferred payment method when you make a purchase online, or through a purchase order.

    The inclusion of any products or services on the MicroK12 Website does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any particular time. Products included on the MicroK12 Website may be unavailable, may have different attributes than those listed or may actually carry a different price than that stated on the MicroK12 Website. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing or other information, we will have the right to cancel orders of any such product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card or other payment method has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will refund any such charges within a commercially reasonable period of time after cancellation.

    We may offer special promotional products, softwares, or services, including offerings of third-party products and services in conjunction with or through MicroK12. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend ourpromotional offerings at any time in accordance with these Terms.

  • Viewing Orders

    Sign into My Account to view open and closed orders.

  • Updating Account Information

    Update your account information through the MicroK12 Customer Dashboard under "My Profile", where users can reset their password, first name, last name, and e-mail. Following any account information updates user will recieve a confirmation via e-mail communication immediately following.
