Then, pack the devices along with their power supplies into the provided cardboard 10 Pack Plus bulk box. Affix the prepaid shipping label to the box, and you're all set. To complete the process, simply call UPS to arrange the pickup.

STEP 1
Login in to our Service Portal once enrolled in the program and use the 10 Pack Plus option. Enter a minimum of 4 device serial numbers or up to 10 per ticket. Choose "Quick Select" for common repairs or enter your own details. Print your packing slip and free shipping label.
STEP 2
Load devices into the MicroK12 Bulk Boxes, This program supports most devices up to 13.3".
STEP 3
Slide the shipping label into the clear window on the box. FedEx will transport your devices to our NW repair center. Your devices will be shipped back to you once they are repaired.
