His breadth of global leadership in education includes serving in China, Puyallup, Colombia, and now Spokane in his role as superintendent of Central Valley School District since 2022. Dr. Parker is committed to community engagement and collaboration to foster partnerships that enhance educational and economic opportunities in the region.
