Room Rate: $139 - Single or Double Occupancy
Guest room rates are subject to a $2.00 per room night Kalispel Tourism Promotion Assessment (TPA) Fee and a 9.1% lodging fee. Room rates quoted are for either single or double occupancy. Additional persons in the room (up to 4 persons) will be at the rate of $10 per person, per night. All taxes and fees are subject to change based on prevailing rates.

Shipping Instructions
Spirit Mountain Casino will not accept delivery of any show material or freight without prior written
authorization from Group Sales and/or Banquet Personal
Your material may not be received more than seven (7) days prior to the move-in day of the event. All
shipments received by Spirit Mountain Casino personal will be stored until the commencement of
move-in. At the time of move-in the organizer of the event will take responsibility of working with Spirit
Mountain Casino personal to transfer to desired location(s). The delivery address must reference the
name of the event, location (i.e., event center, meeting room or designated parking lot), event date(s),
and show contact name.

When shipping items back post-event, it is the responsibility of the 3rd party vendor to make
item ready to ship back by packaging item(s), attach shipping labels and/or bill of lading to any items
being shipped, bring items to the attention of Spirit Mountain Casino personal, and to call the shipper
(UPS, FedEx, etc.) for a pick-up. Neither Spirit Mountain Casino nor its personal shall be liable for any
loss, damage or injury to property.
Due to our location, shipping times may vary and shippers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) do not deliver on Saturday’s,
please be aware when shipping items to/from our location that your deliveries will be Monday – Friday,
regardless of any additional cost that vendors may incur.
Failure to Vacate/Removal of Property:
Upon expiration or sooner termination of the agreement hereof, organizers or it’s designated
representative, shall immediately remove all goods, wares, merchandise, property and debris owned by
the organizer or 3rd party vendors that were placed on or at Spirit Mountain Casino. Any such property
not so removed shall be considered abandoned and disposed of by Spirit Mountain Casino.
Exhibitor Storage:
Spirit Mountain Casino has limited storage space; therefore, the facility cannot receive goods prior to
seven (7) days before move-in or store them past seven (7) day contracted move-out time. Any goods
arriving prior to the authorized times will be refused and required to return at the scheduled move-in
time. Organizer is responsible for the arrangements and related costs for offsite storage before, during
and following the contracted timeframe.
